Returns:
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
